Dear West Valley Playhouse Subscribers and Patrons,
We are so incredibly proud of the work we continue to produce and are humbled by the continued support of the community. We know that you do everything in your power to support your local community theatre, which continues to help us produce quality entertainment at reasonable prices.
This year we are faced with astronomical rent increases (previously our rent was $1000 per month/$12,000 per year and this year it has drastically been increased to $4000 per month/$48,000 per year). We need your help! As a 501 C 3 nonprofit, ticket sales are never enough to support the work, therefore our fundraising efforts are critical to our survival.
Our goal is to continue to elevate the work we produce, including newly requested audience-choice shows, great costumes, appealing sets and highly talented performances beyond the rent costs. Be on the lookout for a survey on types plays that you would like to see produced on our stage. We truly want to be a theatre for the people and hope to incorporate your choices into our seasons.
